Tickets ($50 each) and include dinner and the show. Corbin also headlines in the big tent at Clabough’s Campground (405 Wears Valley Road) on Saturday\, March 7\, at 12:30 p.m. Corbin will share career stories and answer audience questions during the free event. Seating is first-come\, first-served. \n  \nThe Chuck Wagon Cookoff competition takes place on Saturday\, March 7\, at Clabough’s Campground with 10 wagons vying for cash prizes. Each wagon can submit food entries in five categories: meat\, potatoes\, beans\, bread\, and dessert. “Cookies\,” as those preparing the food are called\, must use only ingredients that would have been available to their predecessors on the Western prairie’s early American cattle drives. A limited number of tickets for lunch (served at noon) are available for $15. \nThe event concludes on Sunday\, March 8\, with Cowboy Church at Stages West (2765 Parkway). DESCRIPTION:Waynesville to Host Ribbon Cutting for New EV Charging Stations\n\n\nThe Town of Waynesville will celebrate the installation of six new public electric vehicle charging stations with a ribbon-cutting ceremony this Friday.\n\n\nThe new Level 2 chargers — located at Waynesville Parks & Recreation near the tennis courts — expand the town’s EV infrastructure and support residents and visitors who want to charge their vehicles while enjoying the park.\n\n\nThis installation is also notable regionally\, as the six-port Level 2 station is one of only two of its size in Western North Carolina.\n\n\n Ribbon Cutting Ceremony\n Friday\, March 13\n 2:00 PM\n Waynesville Recreation Park (by the tennis courts)\n\n\nThe project was led by the Town’s Environmental Sustainability Board and will help support clean transportation\, sustainability efforts\, and future EV infrastructure planning in our community.\n\n\nCommunity members and media are welcome to attend!
