At 1044 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in areas around Parrottsville and Bybee. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flooding is already occurring. Highway 160 is closed in parts of the warned area.
