Data Error Sevier County, TN Local Weather Alerts
There was an error retrieving the National Weather Service alert data.
 At 1044 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in areas
around Parrottsville and Bybee. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected. Flooding is already occurring. Highway 160
is closed in parts of the warned area.

At 924 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across
the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
