Covenant Health LeConte unit combines spacious rooms, advanced technology and personalized care for local families
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (Smokies.LIVE Health Center) — The birth of a child is one of life’s biggest moments, and the Dolly Parton Birthing Unit at Covenant Health LeConte is designed to make that experience comfortable, personal and family-centered.
The unit features spacious, private maternity rooms designed to give mothers and their families room to move, rest and spend time together throughout labor, delivery and recovery.
Families also can remain in the same room throughout their hospital stay through labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum, or LDRP, suites. Private rooms include twin sleeper couches for loved ones, while views of the Smoky Mountains provide a scenic backdrop.
