    Friends, families and neighbors are invited to celebrate America's 250th birthday during the annual Fourth of July Boat Parade on Saturday, July 4. The patriotic tradition will begin at 2 p.m. at the head of Flat Creek, where boaters are encouraged to decorate their vessels in red, white and blue before joining the parade.
