Drivers should use caution and allow extra travel time, especially during daytime work hours.

Sept. 14-17: A single southbound lane will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. between the Gatlinburg Welcome Center and the Gatlinburg city limit. Crews will be working on storm damage repairs.

Sept. 14-16: Shoulder closures are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the northbound and southbound acceleration ramps near Huskey Grove Bridge. Crews will conduct utility surveys for future construction and will work behind guardrails and medians.

Sept. 21-30: Single-lane closures are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in both directions near Huskey Grove Bridge for utility work. Crews plan to begin with the southbound lanes before shifting to the northbound lanes.
