To our loyal fans, our beloved City of Pigeon Forge and the entire Great Smoky Mountains area, we would like to Thank you for continuing to support our business and shows over the last 18 years.
As we prepare for our 19th season in the Smokies, we are excited to announce the return of our Soul of Motown, Grand American Opry, and The KING Comes Homes shows this coming February 2026.
With their return to the stage this year, we also humbly announce that this will be our FINAL season and the curtain call for the Grand Majestic Theater, with final performances on October 31, 2026.
Throughout the years our business has held steadfast thru many obstacles and the very trying times of navigating yearly changes in Tourism Industry Standards and the ever growing popularity of large corporate Entertainment Venues and Attractions.
The decision to make this our final season comes ONLY at the notice that the property and building we have called home for the last 12 years has been sold to a developer to make way for a new attraction in 2027.
The Grand Majestic intends to go out on a high note, and we need your support. We are asking locals, loyal fans, friends and family to recommend our shows to everyone you cross paths within the coming year. Help us by supporting small business, showing that family owned and operated Entertainment in the Smokies deserves the applause and cannot be overshadowed by spectacle.
And who knows, just because the curtain is closing in October…it doesn’t mean we will be taking our FINAL BOW!

I am so bummed that you are closing. Soul of Motown is our favorite show. We love going to the theaters and they are dropping like flies to make room for young tourists attractions. I’m 60+ and music is my one joy living here. Hopefully all of these talents will find a new place close by to perform. 😢😥
