(GATLINBURG, TENN) SMOKIES.LIVE – Gatlinburg was the first city in the nation to celebrate the 4th of July with a midnight parade. The 51st Annual Midnight Parade drew 80,000+ people to gather on the streets at midnight to see decorative floats, marching bands, and large ballons.
