Inspiring the next generation of dreamers
Parton’s commitment to children and literacy also will have a prominent place in the new additions.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has provided more than 330 million books to children around the world.
In 2027, Dollywood’s Wildwood Grove will welcome a new character called the Dream Maker.
Through stories and interactive experiences, the Dream Maker will encourage children to dream big, believe in themselves and lift others up through courage and kindness.
The Dream Maker and her Dream Wagon will allow children to share their own dreams, hear stories inspired by Parton and explore the idea that dreams can become even more meaningful when they are shared.
Special kiosks throughout Wildwood Grove also will give guests an opportunity to leave their own thoughts and messages about how Parton inspired them.
