GATLINBURG, Tenn. — Visitors still have a few more weeks to enjoy Anakeesta’s United Tastes of America festival, as the annual celebration of regional American cuisine, live entertainment and family-friendly attractions continues through Aug. 9.

Now in its third season, the mountaintop festival features food and beverage stations showcasing flavors from across the country. This year’s menu includes new offerings such as the Big Bend BBQ Beef Rib inspired by Texas barbecue, Nashville Hot Chicks, Carlsbad Carnitas, Loaded Tornado Potatoes, Cub Classic sausages served on pretzel bread and Plymouth Pancake Bites.

Guests can also satisfy their sweet tooth with treats including Desert Dust Churro Bites, the Riverboat Root Beer Sundae, Dole Whip Lemon, Rocky Mountain Melts and Orange Julius frozen drinks.

Beyond the food, the festival features daily entertainment throughout the park, including performances by The Noon-Shiners, the Anakeesta Rockin’ Road Trip show, appearances by the Anakeesta Gnomes and the Red, White & Country musical production. Uncle Sam and Miss Liberty Belle also make appearances for family-friendly photo opportunities and interactive experiences.

Visitors can also experience Anakeesta’s new Crystal Express, an all-glass gondola that carries guests to the summit while offering panoramic views of Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Festival tasting passes start at $35.99 and are available in five- and seven-sample options. General admission to Anakeesta is required and sold separately.

United Tastes of America continues through Aug. 9, giving guests several more weeks to sample dishes from around the country while enjoying the sights and attractions atop Anakeesta.
