PIGEON FORGE, Tenn.(SMOKIES.LIVE) – The Pigeon Forge Police Department is inviting the community to celebrate National Night Out with an evening of family-friendly fun on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
The free event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. in the front parking lot of the Pigeon Forge Police Department, 3225 Rena St.
Families can enjoy food, prizes and interactive activities while getting to know the officers and staff who serve the community. The event is designed to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and residents in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore displays from various divisions within the police department and learn more about the work officers and specialized units perform. Community partners will also be on hand with activities and exhibits for all ages.
National Night Out is an annual event celebrated by law enforcement agencies across the country to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood engagement through positive interactions.
The Pigeon Forge Police Department encourages residents of all ages to attend and enjoy an evening of fun while connecting with local law enforcement and community organizations.
