Parking equipment upgrades will temporarily prevent new vehicles from entering the lot.
ALCOA, Tenn. (Smokies.LIVE Travel Center) — Travelers using McGhee Tyson Airport should be aware of a temporary parking change beginning Wednesday, Aug. 12.
Terminal Lot A will temporarily close to arriving parkers as the airport upgrades its parking equipment as part of its Flight Plan improvement program.
The closure affects vehicles arriving at the airport and looking for parking in Terminal Lot A.
Travelers who are already parked in Terminal Lot A will still be able to exit the lot when they return to McGhee Tyson Airport.
