PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (SMOKIES.LIVE Information Center) — The Island in Pigeon Forge is ringing in 2027 with a new headliner.
Hannah Harper, the historic Season 24 winner of American Idol, will headline The Island’s 2026 New Year’s Eve Spectacular on Dec. 31.
The free concert will be part of The Island’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration, which will culminate with a midnight fireworks show.
Organizers said both the concert and fireworks will be free to the public.
Harper’s appearance adds a nationally recognized performer to one of the Smoky Mountains’ largest New Year’s Eve celebrations. The Season 24 American Idol winner will take the stage as visitors gather at The Island to celebrate the final night of 2026.
The New Year’s Eve Spectacular is expected to draw visitors and locals to Pigeon Forge for an evening of live entertainment and holiday festivities before the countdown to midnight.
Additional details about the performance and event schedule are expected to be announced by The Island.
