Gatlinburg distillery competes for the top spot in the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards
GATLINBURG, Tenn. (Smokies.LIVE Adventure Center) — Ole Smoky Moonshine’s The Holler has been nominated for Best Craft Distillery Tour in USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Gatlinburg distillery is among the nominees competing for the title, and supporters can vote once each day through noon ET on Monday, Oct. 12.
The 10Best competition highlights craft distillery tours across the country, giving voters the opportunity to select their favorite experience. Many of the nominated tours also include tastings following the behind-the-scenes experience.
Ole Smoky is encouraging fans and visitors to cast their daily vote as the Gatlinburg attraction competes for the No. 1 spot.
Voting will remain open through Oct. 12, with the top 10 winners scheduled to be announced Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Visitors and fans can participate by finding the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards voting page and selecting Ole Smoky Moonshine’s The Holler.
The nomination gives the Smoky Mountains distillery another opportunity to showcase its moonshine-making experience to a national audience.
