September donations can help Sevier County neighbors while giving Delta SkyMiles members a bonus for giving back
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (Smokies.LIVE Information Center) — September is an opportunity to give back to Sevier County — and for Delta SkyMiles members, a donation to United Way can come with an added reward.
United Way of Sevier County is partnering with Delta Air Lines during September to encourage community members to support local needs. Through Sept. 30, 2026, eligible Delta SkyMiles members can earn a one-time bonus based on the amount they donate.
The promotion offers:
- $50-$124 donation: 1,000 bonus miles
- $125-$299 donation: 2,500 bonus miles
- $300 or more: 5,000 bonus miles
The donation can be directed to the community the donor chooses by entering the appropriate ZIP code. For those looking to support Sevier County, use ZIP code 37862.
According to United Way, 100% of funds designated through the ZIP code selection will be routed directly to the corresponding local United Way chapter.
That means a September donation can help support United Way’s work in the community while eligible SkyMiles members earn miles toward a future trip.
