Officials relocate Dylan Scott headlining show because of potential severe weather from Hurricane Isaias
CHEROKEE, N.C. (Smokies.LIVE Events Center) — The Cherokee Indian Fair has moved its Saturday entertainment lineup to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort because of potential severe weather associated with Hurricane Isaias.
The show will take place in the resort’s Event Center and will feature comedian Don Burnstick, Blaine Bailey and headliner Dylan Scott.
Organizers said the event will remain open to all ages and begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Admission will be free for tribal members who present a tribal ID.
Fair officials said the decision was made with the health and safety of the community in mind as the region prepares for potentially severe weather.
