(GATLINBURG, Tenn.) SMOKIES.LIVE – Gatlinburg has sent a traffic advisory for Thursday that could impact your drive around town.
FROM THE CITY OF GATLINBURG
Loop Road in Gatlinburg will be closed to thru traffic for approximately two weeks for work to repair a slope failure, beginning Tuesday, April 14.
The work being performed is in the 600 Block of Loop Road and Loop Road will be closed to thru traffic between its intersection with Baskins Creek Road and Topside Drive.
Please plan for detours if needing to travel in the area. Local traffic traveling in the area are advised to use caution and be mindful of workers in the area.
