Resort and waterpark hiring part-time, full-time and seasonal employees with perks including 2026 season passes.
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Wilderness at the Smokies and Soaky Mountain Waterpark will host a midseason job fair Saturday, July 18, offering part-time, full-time and seasonal employment opportunities across the resort and waterpark.
The job fair will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at the Hidden Trails Restaurant inside Stone Hill Lodge, located at 190 Gists Creek Road in Sevierville.
Wilderness at the Smokies is hiring for positions in resort attractions, aquatics, security and housekeeping. Soaky Mountain Waterpark is seeking employees for aquatics, park services, security and maintenance.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old for most positions. Lifeguard positions are available for applicants as young as 15.
According to Pete Tennis, managing director of Wilderness at the Smokies and Soaky Mountain Waterpark, employees receive a variety of benefits in addition to competitive hourly pay.
Part-time and full-time employees receive a 2026 Soaky Mountain season pass, 10 Bring-A-Friend tickets, employee discounts on retail purchases, arcade games, lodging and food and beverages, as well as discounted employee meals during work shifts.
Full-time, year-round employees are also eligible for health, vision and dental insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan featuring a 100% employer match.
“We also have an awards program to encourage our team members to perform at their best at all times,” Tennis said. “We recognize outstanding employees monthly, quarterly and annually. Plus, we recognize employees with special awards for every five years of service.”
