(PIGEON FORGE, Tenn.) SMOKIES.LIVE – The variety of options for places to stay in Pigeon Forge has changed in 2026 after more than 650 new hotel rooms opened in 2025 providing mountain views and rooftop dining options for visitors.
There have been 1,039 new hotel rooms added to the city’s room inventory in the past two years, a time of expanding the options for first-time visitors and returning customers for vacations to the area.
“All seven of these new hotel properties are part of major national hotel brands, such as Hilton, Marriott, Choice, IHG. and Compass and would be considered as mid to high end properties,” said Pigeon Forge Director of Tourism Leon Downey. “Many of our city’s guests who travel for their business, like staying at one of the national branded hotels, so that they can use the loyalty points that they earn with their hotel stays, to help reduce the cost of their vacations.”
Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort is one of the newest resorts in Pigeon Forge and offers many recreational opportunities, including an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Downey added options will continue to evolve with properties proposed for years to come.
